If you are having a problem, then please check the following before contacting us:

  • If you are having difficulty installing Pore-Cor Research Suite, or getting started, check the detailed Loading instructions.
  • If you have discovered a problem or bug, check that you have the latest version, and whether the bug has already been fixed in a more recent version of your software, by consulting the Versions and modifications list.
  • If you have installed the software successfully, but it now seems to be giving strange errors, then please consult the Runtime problems advice.
