Pore-Comp
is a computer software package that was created
by the Environmental and Fluid Modelling group
to correct mercury porosimetry intrusion curves
for the compression of mercury, expansion of the
glass sample chamber or 'penetrometer' and compressibility
of the solid phase of the sample by use of our
equations published in Gane
et al. (1995). Its usefulness is that
the user can zoom in to parts of the intrusion
curve, and apply compressibility corrections.
These prepare the intrusion curve for analysis
by Pore-Cor, and also give useful measurements
of the compressibility of the solid phase of the
porous matrix, rather than the compressibility
of the sample envelope. It forms part of Pore-Cor
Research Suite - see Pore-Comp
specifications.

, which allows calculation of the bulk modulus
of the solid phase.
Shown

and Zoom tools are not shown.
